10 ingredients that make CubeSensors incredibly smart about your home’s health

by Alja Isakovic

Ever wondered what goes inside one of our Cubes? As you might now, it’s pretty packed with sensors that measure temperature, humidity, air quality, noise, light and barometric pressure of the room it’s placed in.

The anatomy of a CubeSensors Cube

By shaking a Cube, you activate its subtle glow that shows the room’s overall health. Blue for a healthy room, red for a sad Cube that can give you practical advice on how to make your home healthier or your office more productive through the web app.

You can check a Cube’s measurements from anywhere in the world thanks to the build-in ZigBee wireless communication that relays the data to an internet connected base station.

The usage of ZigBee provides lower power consumption, which means that the built-in rechargeable battery can keep a Cube going for up to a month before needing a recharge. Another benefit is the scalability of the network, which ensures that each room in a big house or a large office building can get its own Cube.

Last but not least, CubeSensors also come with lots of love built-in. The magic ingredient that can be felt through the design of the product and the fact that we’ll be assembling the first Cubes ourselves, in Europe.

Are you excited to meet these beauties yet? We certainly are. The first Cubes start shipping worldwide to pre-orders made before May on December 16.
